He is responsible for formulating financial strategies and plans to enable the Company in achieving its vision. He provides directions with respect to Financial Management and Operations of the organization encompassing organizational and financial planning, formulation of financial policy, financial accounting, management control systems, cash and funds management, tax planning, mobilization and management of resources, liaison with financial institutions and capital market players. He also supervises treasury functions, lending operations and advises on corporate risk management matters.

She is responsible for all Technical functions and Business Development of the Company. She is an expert in finance, accountancy, corporate governance, legal & regulatory compliance, risk management and strategic thinking. She has vast experience in housing, real estate and infrastructure sector. Her major roles include administering business strategies to streamline company growth and ensure smooth running of existing operations.

She has ability to lead and motivate teams with her effective communication skill. She has skills to manage company budgets, timelines and resource allocation effectively. She Is an expert in community engagement and enterprise operations. She focuses on building transparent systems, managing member relations, and ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day activities. Her leadership ensures trust and accountability at every step.
